Shipping Methods

All items are shipped via USPS. Shipping charges are calculated based on weight and distance. International shipping available where ever possible. If you do not see a shipping method that works for you please contact me at jonathan@modernhojoundo.com and I'll try to find one that will.

Returns & Exchanges

If there's a problem with your order I'll make it right. Please send a description and picture of the problem to jonathan@modernhojoundo.com and we'll figure it out replacements or refunds from there. Returns can be addressed

I also accept returns for any other reason minus shipping charges, and a 10% restocking fee. Simply let me know you'd like to return an item, jonathan@modernhojoundo.com, and include a return tracking number. I'll process the refund.
